OUR SERVICES
Infrared inspection or Thermography turns problems into solutions through visualization with infrared images. It is used as a key diagnostic tool for finding problems in industry and in our homes. Infrared inspections are a non destructive, non contact and a cost effective way to detect and document defects.
We specialize in the Thermal imaging applications shown below:
detection of hidden moisture,dampness,mold-without needless and destructive digging
Hidden moisture and mold have very harmful impact to the health of occupants. Most sensitive to its harmful effect are children and people with allergies. Very often, we have no idea for presence of these microorganisms, as there are no visible signs.
Thermal imaging detects presence of mold and moisture invisible for simple eye. It locates the exact spot where a radiant floor is leaking. It allows you to eliminate the need for random and destructive digging of your floors and you save money.
WE FIND:
- Leakages, burst of pipes in bathrooms
- Leakages from terraces and balconies
- Roof leakages
infrared radiant heating pipe leak location

Infrared imaging finds water leaks in radiant floor heating systems, opens and arcing in electric radiant heat systems. Radiant heating water tubes and electrical heating elements are buried below grade, embedded into the cement sub floor or installed just under the finish flooring. Water leaks in radiant heating systems can cause damage to the flooring’s finished surface and cause damage to the buildings structure. An undetected leak can cause rot, mildew, mold and attract insect infestations. A radiant floor water leak allows air into the system causing noise; reduced circulation rates and lowers the overall efficiency of the heating system. Electrical shorts can cause fires; open circuits fail to provide heat to all or part of a room.
Thermal imaging is a valuable tool for locating leaks in radiant heating systems. With the leak site identified, repairs can be made with minimal damage to the adjacent flooring.
Infrared imaging services can precisely locate blockages in the water heating pipes, bad or inactive zone valves, circulation and control problems in both hot water and electric radiant heating systems. Radiant heating leaks can cause damage to the building and loss to the building owner. The infrared images can provide acceptable documentation to your insurance company by graphically showing the hidden water leak under the floor.
electrical infrared inspection
Detect system overloads, loose defective components and damaged switchgear. Infrared electrical testing finds hot, dangerous problems quickly.
Infrared electrical inspections find hot spots caused by defects in connections and components. Infrared thermography is used to find areas of excess heat (caused by increased resistance) so that problems can be corrected before a component fails, causing damage to the component, creating safety hazards and productivity loss. Because increased heating is a sign of failure, infrared is the best diagnostic tool available for finding these hot connections in the early stages of degeneration. This is why your insurance company may have asked for an electrical infrared inspection, to find and prevent problems before they cause damage to your personnel, equipment and facility.
Electrical infrared surveys improve safety, reliability and reduce down time. They can detect and document incipient failures and should be combined with timely, effective repairs.
infrared thermography for property management
Infrared thermography is the best way for future buyers, investors, sellers, property managers to see the real technical condition of the property.
It is the only possible way to determine problems invisible for human’s eye, such as – energy loss, missing insulation, radiant heat and steam pipe leak detection.
Thermographic survey will detect problems and save you lots of money for repair works, utility bills and unnecessary digging and destruction.
placing of hydro-insulation and bitumen roof tales
If you wish to avoid future problems with roof leaks, mold and moisture, waterproofing is necessary. There are different types of bitumen hydro-insulation that can guarantee up to 100% waterproofing when properly performed.
Waterproofing of roofs includes cleaning, priming the base and placing the selected hydro-insulation materials. Delivery is also included if you choose to work with our materials. Prices can vary depending on chosen material, square surface and roof inclination.
We have more than 10 years professional experience in waterproofing, including hotels, buildings, houses, etc. We guarantee you quality performance. If you are interested, call us and you will not regret.
Price is subject to negotiation after inspection.
Termocam can guarantee you quality performance of waterproofing – overall and partial rehabilitation of buildings and homes that includes:
- interior and exterior waterproofing;
- Placing of roof insulation
- Placing of bitumen roof tiles
infrared roof inspection
Infrared thermography inspections detect and document roof moisture problems. It is a proven method for detecting trapped moisture problems in flat roofs. Infrared roof Thermography can prevent equipment down time, production losses and help building owners and property management companies find roof problems when apartments below have become compromised by roof leaks.
Due to the high cost of replacing a damaged roof, thermographic roof inspections should be performed whenever a building is purchased, sold or leased.
Infrared roof surveys provide the diagnostic information necessary for developing an effective roof maintenance program, planning capital budgets and for making informed decisions when considering roof repairs, replacement or resurfacing with one of the popular new roof coatings.
Water enters a roof through defects in the waterproofing layer(s) due to deterioration, tears, cuts, poorly sealed penetrations, seams, failed flashings or caps causing the insulation to become laden with trapped moisture. The building experiences energy loss because wet insulation has a lower “R” value than dry material thus providing less thermal resistance.
Water intrudes into the building’s interior causing damage and loss of productivity. If left in disrepair, the concrete deck absorbs water, the wood deck rots or the metal decking components rust. Infrared roof inspection is the perfect tool for detecting moisture intrusion and directing repair efforts to only the areas, which need it, minimizing costs and maximizing repair dollars.
Our high-resolution Infrared thermal imaging camera, finds the trapped moisture. Wet areas are identified and marked to show exactly where tactical repairs are to be made. By marking wet areas directly on the roof, they can be seen by building owners and roofing contractors after the survey is performed. Often, we find that the infrared survey shows it is not necessary to replace an entire roof that only a few sections are “wet” and repairs can be made surgically to only these areas.
If you wish, Termocam can scan the entire roof surface economically to reveal latent defects. If you are an investor, seller, roofing company, facilities or property manager, finding moisture or heat loss problems in a roof is an important aspect when considering maintenance requirements and building value. A roof must be dry prior to applying a new roof coating or it will blister. We specialize in working with building owners and coating vendors for performing pre-coating inspections to ensure warranty coverage of the new coating.
